A boutique workout and wellness platform was experiencing slow subscription adoption within an incredibly saturated app market. Their organic video assets felt too long and uninspiring, leading to weak click-through patterns and poor app store conversions from their social traffic.

02 Our Strategy

We optimized their video funnel around high-intensity, snackable workout content. Our team designed energetic physical challenges, used prominent on-screen milestone counters, scripted immediate sign-up incentives, and paired them with high-tempo audio tracks to inspire rapid user download actions.
